What action was taken AFTER the social worker filed her report of being denied access to the second floor? Obviously nothing, a child is dead....OR, a report was filed and someone interceded in the process going forward...A phone call was made, a politician or politicians got involved, somewhere....How do you explain 8 kids, and with special needs?

No neighbor complained to the building inspector or minimum housing about the odor coming from the house? Windows open during the summer or early fall and nobody noticed? That smell combined is as bad as decomp. and nobody noticed or smelled anything? OR, neighbors did complain, reports were noted, and politicians got involved and kept people from doing there jobs? Who are the Council, Rep and Senator from that area?

I know, first hand, from many case workers, exhausted from lugging around briefcases filled with file folders of placements that needed visits, on a routine and timely basis...That could not be done in that manner...One person with as many as 200+ case files, impossible...Meanwhile up at the RIC campus, administrators were chained to their desks reading newspapers and deciding where they would go for lunch instead of out in the field helping overloaded case workers...It seems in 30 years nothing has changed, except the Governor is CUTTING the DCYF budget...JS is right...Some people need to be fired and or prosecuted...A child is dead...Where is the outrage?
