Dear Readers,
I am not trashing our schools OR OUR TEACHERS. I'm trashing the total cost of our school budget and how poorly it was controlled by the previous School Committee.
Our teachers are not overpaid. I've compared them to other school teachers in Rhode Island and other areas of the country as well as Salary.com. Making them wait for 2 years for a raise of 3% is beyond cruel.
But that was then. This is now and I have said several times that this School Committee, this City Council, and this Mayor are all upgrades of the past. If WwkVoter wants to twist my words I can't stop him. Henry Krinkle (that's his real name, or so he says) is a "twisted" kind of person, isn't he.
