He really has big shoes to fill. I wish him the very best. I am very happy to hear that there is a mental health response team working alongside the department. The Providence Center has a great program and many success stories. Wouldn't it be great if the worst thing that could happen - being arrested for controlled substances - becomes the best thing that could happen and lives are saved? At least that is what I hope.
