A little short-sighted to think someone can just show up and take over on day 1 without some type of briefing of the issues/problems faced at this moment in time. Also, not very classy to not let them know in person they were being removed Mayor Solomon. Don't be that guy. Integrity and Character, once lost, can never be gained back.
