Maybe the air monitoring system, owned by the RIAC, for the benefit of the RIAC, is showing that the air pollution is below the level that is hazardous, in their opinion, but that doesn't mean they have clean air. Since the expansion of the airport, the citizens of Warwick have received air pollution, soil pollution, noise pollution, and water pollution. Maybe, by their OWN monitoring equipment, it's at a safe level, but it's still there.

The RIAC needs to keep its' promise to complete the renovations to the properties that they promised 5 years ago, such as the ones on Elberta St.. They also need to pay a higher PILOT to Warwick in order to be a better neighbor. The water quality has been vastly improved. So has their attitude. They deserve credit for that. Now if we can just make the money right, they will be an excellent neighbor.

Happy St. Patricks everyone.
