wwkvoter,"demented" is an excellent description. In barely a week on this website, I have seen richard corrente badger and insult other people, make up stories, and generally make a fool of himself.
And yet he seems to think that behavior "serves taxpayers."
Like you said, the only positive in how other people reply to him is that it warns new readers not to trust a word he says.
