Ed Ladouceur devoted hundreds of hours of his life to accomplish that.
He succeeded.
It wasn't easy. It wasn't quick, but he succeeded. Narragansett Bay will now be cleaner. Property values will now increase.
Ed Ladouceur is a man of his word. We should all appreciate him.
