I've followed this and I just cant see what the issue is beyond "I dont want to look at it". If you live in Warwick you are often adjacent to commercial land. This is not a coal smelting operation, it's a static building with occasional customer visits. About as low tempo use of a commercial property as you can have. Maybe someone can explain the issue.
