NO they can't pay their kids lunch bill but the parents have money for beer, "Medical" Marijuana, cigarettes, and scratch off tickets......... and they're shamming Warwick because they're doing a reasonable thing to show these leeches they've worn out their welcome in the free pass line. and what are the kids learning from this? You have to be responsible? You have to pay your way? NO! they're learning if you whine loud enough some liberal twit will take up your cause and you'll get your way. A PB&J sandwich and milk was carried by many a kid back in the day,myself included. and I Never Ever suffered any ill effects. With a piece of fruit and a few cookies for snack times. I never went wrong. The problem is what? The problem is the parents. NOT the city, Not the school, and certainly NOT the kids.
