Scal1024, they rescheduled the council meeting to Tuesday night at 7 -- I found it noted here:

Also, their original resolution addressed the open meetings question by terming the new school spending an emergency -- which, when you consider that they're closing a deficit for the last fiscal year that ended three weeks ago, was apparently allowed.

But that's no longer an issue now.
