The faulty plate light gave Officer Black probable cause for the traffic stop; if you're going to be a scofflaw and drive repeatedly on a suspended license with no insurance and improper display of plates (especially when leaving a known narcotics nuisance), it's a good idea to make sure all your vehicle equipment is in working order.
