How about thinking outside that small area, since we are now apparently past the fiscal crisis and into the money since we can build a 200 million school and install sewers for thousands, etc, build a bridge over to Potowamut, from Oakland beach. Not everyone would use that but enough to reduce the west shore rd amounts.
