Report Inappropriate Comments

The Beacon reports one person at this event “questioned the validity of the program.” In the very next paragraph, the city assessor says the program is “statistically right on the money”. He does not say what statistical analysis he is talking about, but as the city’s expert on sales ratio studies, this is the only statistical analysis he could be referring to. So I must correct my prior comment, where I said the city will not talk about it. I should have said the city will not talk about it, except in very vague terms.
