The taxpayers are screwed in this contract. Solomon is most arguably the biggest coward in the history of the city. He doesn't have the guts to face the music or the questions by the council let alone answer questions from the people paying the bill. This man is an unmitigated failure back stabbing coward. Solomon lets the fire department steal from the taxpayers and get away with it. He is not a leader, he is a political hack used car salesman. He should be ashamed of himself. Any Mayor that doesn't have the guts to show up to defend a contract that he negotiated is not fit for office.
