Captain dumbass no &$@$& it’s in there but it wasn’t supposed to be as the city and firefighters union didn’t negotiate it to be included.

The city went ahead and put it in when it went to print that’s why the firefighters filed arbitration.

They filed it because it was never mentioned at the negotiating table and it was never presented to the firefighters by there union because it wasn’t discussed between the local and the city.

That’s the issue Captain dumbass now go play with someone’s balls already.
