Finally Mayor Solomon goes outside the Warwick Fire Department to grant your wishes that you so longed for and this chief is already a dope (your words) in less than 9 months ??????
How I see it and from what I’m gathering Captain Blabbermouth will never be satisfied regarding anything related to the fire department even if it went volunteer or abolished all together.
