Using the computer system as an excuse to ram through a contract with unclear language and in some cases no language that could have serious financial consequences in the future is laughable.

Where did Joe Joe in the front office buy this computer system? From the state boys who created the state UHIP system?

Any computer system worth its weight should be able to handle starting up at any point in time and correctly handling the agreed upon work scheduled, pay and anything else. Sorry don't buy it.
