Taxpayers please take a few minutes and look over the presentation that Col Rathbun of the Warwick Police Department put forth in a great argument for new software. The documented way the city was keeping records for decades is downright criminal. The col even admits to mistakes (ya think?) I do not blame our emergency services personnel and I'm glad it's finally being upgraded!
