Hopefully there will be some answers at tonight’s meeting. I’m trying to find a copy of the contract so I can evaluate it myself. Mr. Cushman I understand some of your numbers but how can you guarantee or assume a 3% raise every year for the next 10-20 years? It is my understanding that raises aren’t guaranteed, definitely not at 3%.
