Can someone tell me where this OPEB fiscal note is? If Mr. Cushman is correct, these assumptions are not his. So you blaming him for applying them is wrong.
Are these the assumptions in the fiscal note?
If there are and all you guys are stating that they are not realistic, wouldn't that prove Mr. Cushman's point that the fiscal note is not accurate claiming a 30% cost savings?
