Brendan Igegneri aka Union Treasurer and co-owner of AVELLINO Property Management has never lived in Warwick. He owns a duplex over on Knight Street. Brendan lives in Providence.
In my opinion Brendan was clever to say he "owns property" in Warwick because that's technically true, his COMPANY owns property in Warwick but he and his family do NOT live here.
