Looks like "the captain" finally scraped together a couple of dollars and purchased a brown 1970's style cowl neck sweater at the local homeless shelter. While still pretty hideous, at least it's an improvement over that soiled and thread bare white cowl neck that he has been wearing for the past 20 years. And where was his pal Stacia at last night's meeting? Doesn't she live in Warwick? And as far as him threatening physical violence against someone that was caught on camera and microphone, nobody should be surprised-his extensive criminal record speaks volumes about his character and mental instability.
