Cushman needs a lawyer,

18 months of negotiating and scrutiny by lawyers and fiscal analysts.

The Mayor hasn't been in office for 18 months. The city council hasn't had more than a few weeks to conduct due diligence nor do any of the council members have the material expertise to conduct due diligence on the contract.

Arbitration would be fine if the arbiter had the ability to review the assumed long term results of the contract by professionals.

Let the council hire actuaries to protect the city & taxpayers.

The more the union & their supporters protest the more it's clear professional vetting is necessary.
