With his sick and perverted obsession with the fire department and city politics, one would think "the captain" would grow a set and run for mayor or city council. But as is typical with a coward such as him, he would rather taunt and harass the firefighters, acting like a 5 year old child who pulls tantrums when he doesn't get his way. Just think, if he spent his time more productively (such as getting a job), he might be able to afford some decent clothes instead of the Salvation Army thrift store wardrobe he wears to the city council meetings.
