If I said it to any mentally challenged person, which I wouldn't do, it would be offensive and wrong. I used to as the common American slang for a description of voting on a STUPID/FOOLISH CONTRACT ... NOT a handicapped person. Words have different meanings depending on context of use.... in the real non-snowflake world. People look to be offended in my opinion.
Next person....my response is, EITHER WAY WORKS FOR ME. DEBATE OR FIGHT. I LEAVE THAT TO TGE COWARD CALLING THEMSELF CAPTAIN CRIMINAL and SLANDERING ME USING A FAKE NAME!
They won't take me up on it though. Sounds like you know the person. Try to convince them to do it, and save face, but don't bet on it.
