Challenging another poster to a physical altercation on a newspaper website is just about as pathetic and juvenile as using a disgusting slang term to describe someone with a mental disability. No wonder certain individuals were forced to retire from their place of employment with a questionable disability or face the prospect of being terminated. Keep in mind, some cities and towns have an "honorable service" clause in their pension laws, and racism, sexual harassment, and brutality surely do not constitute "honorable service".
