These attacks on a private citizen, apparently based on innuendo and misrepresentation, are intended to be hurtful and humiliating, and are intended to show one kind of punishment would-be whistleblowers can expect. If the anonymous people doing this are found to be city employees, their employment should be terminated, in my opinion.
