Who’s Right points out that we might see a “pay per bag” program here in warwick. My sister lives in another city where she “pays per bag”, Does not have sewer, volunteer FD, affluent community and her taxes are much higher than mine here in warwick. At what point do we realize what we get for our money in this city. A hell of a lot compared with most.
