Sorry "formerly Warwick", but you need to do some research before you make false statements. Warwick has 9 fire stations-not 12. And as far as the T?F. Green Airport Fire Dept., that is part of RIAC, and has absolutely nothing to do with the Warwick Fire Dept. and is not part of Warwick City government. And due to the airport being in the geographic center of the city, it necessitates the city having 9 stations to provide proper coverage due to response times. Think about that when you or your family member is suffering a life threatening emergency.

Moving on to Cushman, obviously he has never heard of a mortgage. People borrow to buy homes, cars, etc., cities borrow, states borrow, and the federal government borrows. It's the way the world works, and some expenses have to be spread out in the future. Sorry Bob, but everyone is not as wealthy as you and can pay for their home with cash.
