solemnization of marriage bills are a crock and should be done away with. they are basically bills that the general assembly passes that allows people to break the law. do away wit them and create a one day license that the couple pays for to have someone ot be authorized to wed them. $200 bucks a pop. gets rid of the patronage and gives the state a few bucks to blow on staff for some committee
