There is virtually no enforcement of the new DEM regulations pertaining to out of state people coming to marinas to work on their boats. Marinas are not enforcing any regulations. At most, they post a sign near the entrance. Bathrooms remain open with no sanitizing.

For the Warwick harbormaster to say that they are monitoring the situation of out of state boats coming to RI is laughable. There are no transient boats as of this date, and if and when that happens, just how is Warwick going to monitor the situation. Laughable at best.

Go to any of the marinas tomorrow (if its not raining) and you will see that 50% of the cars have out of state plates.

Wake up people. The marinas want your slip fee. They are not going to prevent you from working on your boat. Also, for any fool to believe that an out of state boater is going to come work on their boat and quarantine in the boat for 14 days when the boat is on land with no water and no electricity is simply a moron.
