Report Inappropriate Comments

This is a great effort and it's what democracy is all about. The WSA may be technically correct about that APRA request, they arent required to compile a report, but they ARE required to provide any and all information requested, and under the new ARPA updates, that means electronic data as well, and if desired, anonymously requested by the way. Anyway, request the information electronically (on DVD/ thumb drive) and in a form you can load into a spreadsheet then calculate away to compile your own reports. Our mayor says he isn't opposed to an audit, great! With these rate increases, a proper audit that is detailed enough would help everybody get back on the same page. Keep an eye on which auditor is selected, and what their instructions (charge) is. Be open to the possibility that nothing was stolen or even grossly mismanaged except to not increase the rates sooner. Also, I wonder if the rates will go back DOWN when the city is paid back?!!! And the yes it is PAST TIME for a connect capable fee.
