The requirement by Mcnamara to require CPR is a ridiculous waste of time. Not that CPR is a waste of time....requiring it in high school is. How much social engineering is going to continue to take place in our public schools? Stick to reading, writing, and 'rithmatic. They can't even read for Gods sake but make them take CPR. Stop programming things into the school day and get back to basics.
