Report Inappropriate Comments

I mailed my truck and car tax payments (in full) on July 31, 2013 to Boston in the green envelope. The truck check was cashed immediately. I checked my personal account to see when the car tax payment had been cashed. Time marched on. I called City Hall and was told not to stop payment on my check. The car tax payment was finally posted on September 4th! I guess, in the future, I will drop off all payments at The Annex in the drop box. Maybe mine was an isolated incident; however, I feel it was not handled correctly, since both checks were in the same envelope.
