SURPRISE...the entire RI delegation voted for this and now they want to change it back. Because those fine gentlemen don't ever read the legislation they sign. And they are all wealthy. The same people living by the water having to pay outrageous insurance rates will also have to deal with outrageous sewer bills. Only the wealthy will live on the water now. Maybe that's what our esteemed delegation wanted after all. Several of them dabble in the realestate market.
