Eddie Ladoceur has all the answers. After all these hearing Eddie still doesn't know how much sewers are going to cost.....incredible.....everything this commission does is done with reducing the cost of sewers for Eddie's ward. The ratepayers won't let this happen. There will be no special treatment for Eddie's ward.
