Jesus told his disciples to buy meat for them to eat; he fed the thousands that came to hear him, fish & bread and when he saw with his disciples after his death & burial, he dined with fish & bread. He did not tell them to eat "vegetables, fruits, nuts, and grains and avoid polluting meat and dairy products" or anything of the kind.
