OK captain you list your initiatives the mayor should implement. What are you willing to give up to gain concessions? You want employees to pay 50% of health care, lose at least 4 vacation days, give up their pension benefits. What are you going to concede? Are you OK with paying them more hourly since you are cutting pay? You are not being realistic if your only way to negotiate is take, take, take. I am not employed by the city, but if you think negotiating with a hammer is the way to go you will continue to accomplish nothing. If you think hiding in your truck, filming DPW employees (while the rest of the world works), and talking down to them is successful than you will continue to accomplish nothing. The way you have continually tried to do things hasn't worked, stop talking and let the adults handle it.
