Stacia posted this on December 30th.... "Stacia Huyler Ken, today there was a small propane leak occurring just off of Main St in East Greenwich. There were approx 4-5 E.G. police officers blocking off a parking lot & some homes surrounding a parking lot that had a small propane truck parked in it. There were approx 14-20 *Warwick FFs (4-5 different FF trucks on scene & hazmat. It cleared up in less than 20 minutes as the "leak" was not threatening. In my mind I was thinking why wouldn't hazmat come out first, evaluate the scene and determine if its serous before calling the other trucks on the scene? I also couldn't understand why it was all Warwick in E.G. I guess I have more to learn and understand.
