Rob what is your point? There is no second chance in life? Should every business fire anyone with any record? How about bankers who lent people money to buy houses they couldn't afford? Is that not criminal behavior that has led to systemic problems in this city and others across the country? Why don't you harp on that as a cause?
This is not brain surgery being performed. These guys are sanitation workers, highway workers. Who cares if they have a pot charge from 20 years ago you bitter man. You don't have an Axe to grind? Getting in your car and filming these guys while THEY (not you) are working is the very definition of grinding the ol' Axe. What has it accomplished Rob? Yet you continually do it! You are the little boy who cried wolf and the people tune you out.
