just want you to tell me how they could hand out tickets to people for not removing snow from sidewalks and feel it was the right thing to do i can't fathom how one could justify doing so go about the city and see how there is snow piled up all over the sidewalks not just private property and businesses it's on city properties also not all these properties are owned by handicap or elderly and they have not been cited for lack of refusal it just not a fair deal to those who were served citation why weren't corners cleaned where the snow is so high you have to get the nose of your car into the traffic in order to see if it is okay to pull out i mean it's dangerous and someone should remind these businesses it's a bad practice to do this
