Hopefully our Council will look at other communities and figure this out, you cannot enforce for property owners what the city and state cant even comply with. And the sidewalks are so buried under PACKED, DEEP snow, it is not reasonable to even demand that healthy people try to shovel it over and over every time the plows come by. Some of it cannot be shoveled at all. Now, where is Sabrina on the issue?
