Report Inappropriate Comments

This is a simple issue. Either the sidewalks are private property and the home owner cannot be made to work on his/her own property, or the sidewalks are city property and the city is responsible for clearing them. They can't be both.

The ordinance is unconstitutional and no one should pay the ticket. If you get a ticket, plead not guilty. I think the appeal is to the superior court and not RITT tribunal. The courts will not want to hear these cases. You win.
