Local students named to Gettysburg College dean’s list
The following local students have been named to the Dean’s Honor List at Gettysburg College for outstanding academic achievement in the fall 2012 semester: Stephany Harrington of Warwick; Amanda Miller of East Greenwich; and Taylor Osborne of Warwick.
Gettysburg College students with a quality point average of 3.60 or higher (on a 4.0 scale) for a semester’s work are placed on the College’s Dean’s Honor List.
Earning honors at Berklee College of Music
East Greenwich residents Menas Woloohojian and Jeremy Gertz have earned placement on the Dean’s List for the fall semester of the 2012 academic year at Berklee College of Music.
The Berklee curriculum focuses on practical career preparation for today’s music industry. To be eligible for the Dean’s List, a full-time student must achieve a grade point average of 3.4 or above; a part-time student must achieve a grade point average of 3.6 or above.
Local students named to Villanova dean’s list
The following East Greenwich residents have been named to the fall 2012 semester Dean’s List at Villanova University: Christine Surabian, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in the Villanova School of Business; Brian Doyle, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in the College of Engineering; Sara Becker, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in the College of Engineering; and Stephen Marcaccio, studying biology in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
