With the snow and ice gone, covers are coming off and shrink-wrap is being cut away at boat yards everywhere … and even a few boats are being launched. Here, Carl Turgeon, a member of the Rhode Island Yacht Club, hands a line off to Joseph DiCenzo as his boat, Nauti Carl, was launched Sunday at Pleasure Marina in Oakland Beach. DiCenzo said it was the 10th boat he’s put in this season.
