While the City Council proposed a budget amendment of $1,400 appropriation to the Warwick Pond Association, the measure was never voted on.
Yesterday, Mayor Scott Avedisian announced that after conferring with council members Steve Colantuono, Joseph Solomon, Donna Travis and Camille Vella-Wilkinson and Phil D’Ercole, a member of the association, that his budget will include the $1,400. The funds will be used for water quality testing and monitoring.
