Meet Thelma and Louise, two adoptable dogs looking for a home together. The pair was found running loose in Goddard Park. Thelma is a 2-year-old Bichon Frise and Louise is a 5-year-old shih tzu-poodle mix. They are currently available for adoption from the Warwick Animal Shelter. Those at the shelter say the two are very attached to one another and play and sleep together; therefore, they need to go to the same home. Both Thelma and Louise are shy with new people, but Thelma takes a little more time to warm up. Both are crate trained and appear to be housebroken. Because they are a little timid, they should be in an adult home, as living with noisy, active kids will likely make them nervous. Thelma and Louise are vaccinated, spayed and heartworm tested. They will both require regular visits to the groomer, so those interested in the dogs should consider this additional cost. For more information, or to adopt Thelma and Louise, call the Warwick Animal Shelter at 468-4377. (Submitted photo)
