Eileen R. Lima, 65, of Summit Avenue, West Warwick, RI passed away on Monday, February 1, 2016 at Coventry Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Coventry, RI. She was married for twenty-seven years to Paul Lima
Born in Providence, RI, she was the daughter of the late Raynold and Eileen (Paquin) Gauvin.
Eileen worked in accounting and as an office manager for thirty years retiring due to illness. She also belonged to the Tri-City Elks in Warwick, the Cancer Support Group at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, and The Red Hat Ladies - Warwick Chapter.
She is survived by two children: Shawn Quigley and his wife, Kimberly, and Cari-Ann Packhem and her fiancé, Peter Chlebek; seven stepchildren; Dennis Lima and his wife Mindy, Dannon Lima, Darlene Lima, Dustin Lima and his wife, Monique, Damon Lima and his fiancée, Sheryl, Devin Lima and his wife, Christina, and Deric Lima; two brothers: Raymond Gauvin and his wife, Maria and Andrew Gauvin and his wife, Patricia, two sisters: Cheryl Serrecchia and her husband, Robert, and Debra Lamastus and her husband, Tim: four grandchildren; Kierstin, Skyler, Hannah, and Connor, ten stepgrandchildren; and one great-grandson.
A Funeral Service will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, February 5, 2016 at the Gorton Menard Funeral Home and Crematory, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 62 Pleasant Street, West Warwick, RI. Calling hours will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, February 4, from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, West Warwick RI.
