Communities across the world face big problems, and putting together the facts about those challenges is the first step in finding solutions.

Seeking Solutions to Big Problems: A Fact-Based Discussion Group will seek answers to Rhode Island’s tough dilemmas once a month on Wednesdays at 7 p.m. at the Warwick Public Library. Participants are encouraged to print out the issues or bring them on a smartphone, so the group can collectively discuss solutions. On March 8, the group will address What are the dangers of climate change, and how can it be stopped? On April 12, they will discuss Who are our legislators serving, and how can we ensure that We the People are represented? On May 10, the group will address How does our healthcare system work, and how can it be changed to give care to everyone? Seeking Solutions to Big Problems is limited to 15 participants. Sign up online at warwicklibrary.org or call 739-5440 x3. For more information, call 739-5440 x9758. The library is located at 600 Sandy Lane. This event is free and open to all.
