Members of Troop 1 Conimicut are in the full swing of their seasonal sale of popcorn and other delights. Proceeds benefit the Narragansett Council of the Boy Scouts of America, as well as the local troop and the boys making the sales. The boys earn funds that are put toward camperships. On Sunday, the troop manned a table outside Salk’s Ace Hardware and Marine on West Shore Road. Throughout the month, members of the troop will also be outside Walgreen’s, Sandy Lane Meat Market, Dockside and Lowe’s, among other locations. Here, Raegan Garcia, in the arms of Brianna Carbary, gets the sales pitch from Scouts Chace Lapierre and James Choiniere.
